Had band prac yesterday...played Marching Season during sectionals and it sounded GOOD! for sightreading =).
Then popped over at ACJC for their tune-in...was listening to them play With Heart and Voice, Feste Romane, and Scheherazade. The band was huge...and it was LOUD!!!!! Carol, Peishi, Eve, Sam, and Phyllis were there as well =). After the tune-in, Ernest and Jon Tang came over to carry the borrowed instruments back...so I decided to help them.
2 flutes and 2 boxes of ligature in my bag.
1 bari sax slinged over my shoulder.
2 alto saxes, each on one hand.
The weight is enough to kill me...when I got home...I was darn tired and my back ached like crap.
I think i'm gonna be damn tired by next week.
Had band prac + ACJC tune-in yesterday.
Gonna have some external percussion ensemble thingy later.
SYF Presentation finale band rehearsal on Mon and Tues.
Band Camp from Wed to Sat.
Perc ensemble on Sun again.
I need to reschedule my tuition.
I need my next Sunday free.
To rejuvenate.
To get ready for the new school term.
looks like tuition's gonna be on the first week of July...
...but words will never hurt me; 10:50 AM.
